Being a club established by a corporation, it is a club with entry requirements. Having said that, everyone interested in Italian culture and language, regardless of their proficiency in Italian or English is welcome to apply.


No, all language levels are welcome. The club is designed to cater to everyone from beginners to native speakers.

The club holds its workshops on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month, between 18:30 to 20:30.


Workshops are held in the Broadbeach Cultural Centre (next to the Library), accessible by public transport and with ample free parking.


Each meeting includes standard Toastmasters activities such as: prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, evaluations, plus a 45-minute Italian language and culture lesson.


Yes, there are membership fees, which also include membership in the broader ItaloWorld organisation. Yes, we organise special events and workshops focused on Italian culture and language, in addition to our regular workshops. Meetup events for 2024 will be held at the Broadbeach Library, followed by a social gathering at The Patio, Pacific Fair.
